Treatumble Privacy Policy
Effective date: 15 September 2026
Treatumble is a puzzle game made by Bit Robotics Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information is used when you play, who handles it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Bit Robotics Ltd, United Kingdom, is the data controller for Treatumble. Contact: office@bitrobotics.co.uk.
What we collect ourselves
Nothing that identifies you. Treatumble has no accounts, no sign-in and no servers of our own. Your game progress (unlocked levels, stars, daily best scores and settings such as haptics) is stored only on your device. We cannot see it, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance and prevent fraud, Google may collect:
- Device identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA (IDFA only if you allow tracking on iOS)
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Device and app information, such as model, operating system and language
- Ad interactions, such as ads shown and ads tapped
Ads may be personalised based on your interests. If you are in the UK, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before any ads are loaded. Ads are personalised only if you consent, and you can change your choice at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy choices. On iOS, the app asks for Apple's tracking permission first; if you do not allow tracking, ads are not personalised using your device's advertising identifier. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Elsewhere, you can limit ad personalisation in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
Google's use of this information is described at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in the Google Privacy Policy.
In-app purchase ("Remove ads")
Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your payment card details. We use RevenueCat to confirm and restore purchases. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, purchase receipts and basic device information. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Sharing your feast
When you tap "Share feast" or "Challenge link", the image or link is created on your device and sent only where you choose through your phone's share menu. We do not receive a copy.
Legal bases (UK GDPR and EU GDPR)
- Consent: personalised advertising, and storing and reading information on your device for advertising, where consent is required
- Legitimate interests: showing non-personalised ads where you have not consented, measuring ads and preventing fraud
- Contract: processing and restoring your purchase
Retention
Game data stays on your device until you uninstall the app. Google and RevenueCat keep data according to their own policies linked above.
Your rights and choices
- Change your ad consent choice in the app under Settings → Privacy choices, or reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Turn off tracking for Treatumble on iOS in Settings.
- Delete all game data by uninstalling the app.
- Ask us about your rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability at office@bitrobotics.co.uk.
- Complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your local data protection authority.
Children
Treatumble is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
International transfers
Google and RevenueCat may process data outside the UK and EEA. They use safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
